Tracie Lynn (Porter) Cortez

Tracie Lynn Porter Cortez, age 53 of Pulaski, formally of San Jose, California, passed away Tuesday, July 4, 2023, at her residence.  She was born on February 27, 1970, in Radford, and was the daughter of the late William (Bill) Porter, Jr. and Faith Louise Ratzlaff. 

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband; Jamie Cortez who resided in San Jose, California. 

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her brother; Stephen (Patricia) Porter and family of Proyer, Oklahoma:  step-mother; Helen Marie Dean of Pulaski:  step-brother; Jerry Hughes Dean, Jr. of Pulaski, and step-sister; Dana Michelle Dean of Pulaski.  She also leaves to cherish her memory by a host of family and friends. 

The memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at Seagle Funeral Home, with Pastor Randal Jones officiating.  The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
