Patricia Ann Dowdy

Patricia Ann (Susie) Dowdy of Pulaski, passed away on Tuesday March 2, 2022 with complications of COVID, at the age of 59.  She was born on February 13, 1963 in Montgomery County, and was the daughter of  Wallace Warden Dove and the late Marsha Ann Trump Dove. 

Most of Susie’s life, she spent taking care of her elderly mother, and raising her beloved son.  Susie was able to cherish her last days with her husband, Donald Dowdy. 

She is survived by her husband, Donald Dowdy of Pulaski:  a son; Daniel Joseph Poff of Pulaski:  brothers; Wallace Wayne Dove of Blacksburg, Kyle (Jessica) Dove of Blacksburg, and Jason Dove of Christiansburg:  and a sister; Mylinda (Mike) Reid of Salem, and a grandchild; Danielle “Tator Bug” Poff, and her father, Wallace Warden Dove. 

Her memorial service will be held at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Christiansburg on Wednesday, March 23, at 2:00 p.m. in the mausoleum.
