Michael Wayne Blackwell

Michael Wayne Blackwell, age 48 of Pulaski, died Saturday, March 6, 2021 at his residence.  He was born on April 18, 1972 in Baltimore, MD, and is the son of Peggy Kanode Beckner and the late Richard Virgil Blackwell, Sr. He is survived by his wife:  Lisa Criner Blackwell of Pulaski:  his mother; Peggy Kanode Beckner of Christiansburg:  a brother; Richard Virgil (Jennifer) Blackwell, Jr. of Fairlawn:  sisters; Beverly Carol Blackwell of Martinsburg, WVA, and Peggy Joyce (James) Hanshaw of Dublin:  Step-father; James Duane Beckner of Christiansburg:  step-children; Samantha Douglas of Christiansburg, and Amber Douglas of Christiansburg:  step-grandmother; Elsie Tyree of Christiansburg.  Graveside funeral services will be held Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 11;00 a.m. at Highland Memory Gardens.  There will be no visiting at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.seaglefuneralhome.com  Arrangements by Seagle Funeral Home, Pulaski.
