Joy Alice Miller Tibbs, age 58, of Bland, died Monday, April 11, 2022 at Carrington Place in Wytheville. She was born November 10, 1963, in Crossnore, NC, and was the daughter of the late Alice June Mabe Miller and Earl Matson Miller, Jr.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Jared Tibbs.

My heart hurts for you. Joy was such a special lady. She had a beautiful smile and laugh that always lit up the room. Her sense of humor was amazing.
