Obituary
Jerry Rae Northrop, age 76 of Barren Springs, died Thursday, July 13, 2023, at his residence. He was born January 4, 1947, in Sidney, NY, and is the son of the late Jennie Beecher Northrop, and the late Floyd Northrop. Jerry was a proud Marine, and later became a Chef.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother: Richard Northrop. He is survived by his wife, and a Marine herself, Linda Ann Berry Northrop of Barren Springs: two sons; Shad Northrop of Radford, and Aaron Northrop of Georgia: a brother; Wayne Northrop of Oneonta, NY: a sister; Beverly Akulis of Conklin, NY, and three grandchildren.
Jerry believed in being cremated, and his cremains will be spread by his wife, at a given time and location.
