Faye (Melton) Barker

Faye Melton Barker, age 74 of Dublin, died Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at her residence.  She was born in Pulaski on April 8, 1948, and was the daughter of the late Annie Donithan Melton and Frederick Lee Melton, Sr.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; Lynwood Allen Barker: four brothers:  Junior Melton, Roby Melton, Pete Melton, and Jack Melton:  three sisters; Peggy Ragnone, Iva Jewell Riffle, Lillian “Frankie” Stillwell.

She is survived by her three daughters:  Lisa Barker of Dublin, Gay B. Goad of Dublin, and Charlene Mitchell of Radford:  one sister; Emma Sue “Susie” Collins of Wytheville:  One Grandson; Grant B. (Brittany) Goad of Pulaski. 

Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 10, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. at Seagle Funeral Home with Pastor Robbie Vance officiating. Interment will follow in Hufford Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Friday at Seagle Funeral Home from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m.
