Rose Catherine Head Johnson, age 83 of Pulaski, died Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at her residence.  She was born on September 24, 1932 in Carertta, West Virginia, and was the daughter of the late Malinda Sprouse Head and Oscar Head.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Kenneth Johnson, and a brother, Robert Head.  She is survived by two sons;  Thomas Lee Johnson and his fiancé Catherine Sowers of Pulaski, Richard Shane Johnson and his partner Jimmy Widneer of Bristol, VA:  a step-son;  James Kenneth Johnson and his wife Linda of Pulaski:  a daughter;  Cathy Blankenship and her husband Tony of Woodlawn:  a brother;  Fred Kenneth Head of Columbus, Ohio:  sisters;  Lula Mae Dobbins of Columbus, Ohio, Dorothy June Lewis and her husband Bobby of Beckley, WVA, Edna Joyce Adkins of Lake City, MI, Naomi Ruby Moran and her husband Wayne of Yukon, WVA, Myrtle Lorraine Crouse and her husband Bill of Princeton, WVA, Bonnie Carol Dalton of Summerville, SC, and Linda Gail Collis and her husband Joshua of Kimball, WVA.  She is also survived by four grandchildren Jessica Wethington and her husband Adam of Woodlawn, VA, Tiffany Blankenship of Woodlawn, VA, Adam Johnson of Pulaski, and Carmen Johnson and one great grandchild, Sage Blankenship.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Seagle Funeral Home with the Rev. Darrell Long officiating.  Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin.  The family will receive friends on Saturday at the funeral home from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m.

My deepest sympathy, Revelation 21:3,4 shows the day will come when death will be know more. John 5:28,29 assures that Jesus will restore life to those who has died. What wonderful blessing to look forward to. Hope this thought brings comfort to the family.
